Due to the custom-made nature of our blinds and curtains, all products are manufactured specifically to your measurements and specifications. As such, custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will inspect the product and, if confirmed as a defect, we will either repair, replace, or provide a full refund at our discretion.
If we made an error during our on-site measurement service that results in an incorrectly sized product, we will remake the product at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of installation or delivery.
If you provided your own measurements and the product does not fit correctly due to inaccurate measurements, we cannot accept a return. However, we may offer modifications or adjustments at an additional cost.
We provide fabric samples and color swatches to help you make informed decisions. Once you have approved a material or color selection, changes cannot be made after production begins. Returns will not be accepted due to dissatisfaction with material or color choices after approval.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and replacement of damaged items. Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Refunds are only available for products that meet our return policy criteria.
Installation services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If you need to reschedule an installation appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
All custom blinds and curtains come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or modifications made after delivery.
